    This book gave a good overview of your body and the things that you can do to make your real age younger Things like smoking take off years from your life, while eating healthy and exercising can add years Overall a good explanation of the different systems in your body and how to keep them working properly.


    I was hoping for something a little in depth, but as I read it, I felt like I was being talked down to I m not certain what I was expecting, but give me than a 6th grade reading level and bizarre illustrations


    It was interesting to read so much about the human body I thought it would be boring or long and drawn out but it was very clearly written and fun to learn so many great things and how complex and miraculous our bodies are.

    This book is very easy for normal people like me to understand.We can change our life by changing a little bit of our habit everyday.The only problem is that this book always recommends people to use supplement I think about 1 3 of the total recommendations.This issue makes me be doubtful of the credibility.Anyway, still very good
